Gift Certificate Program
The Office of Community and Economic Development is allocating a portion of the CARES Act Round 2 funding to offer incentives to support small businesses in order to mitigate negative economic affects related to COVID-19.
The incentive will be structured on the base value of the purchased gift certificate:

All New London-based businesses are welcome to participate but must
- Submit this form electronically to participate (see below)
- Complete the Vendor Registration Form & the Federal W-9 form so that reimbursement payments can be released. The links to the PDF fillable forms are at the bottom of this page. Please email the completed forms to [email protected].
